Primary Care Publications and Primary Care Education Consortium (“we” or “us” or “our”) respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites pcmg-us.org, pcrg-us.org, or pceconsortium.org (collectively, the “Sites”). Please read this privacy policy carefully.  If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

 We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.  We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy.  Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

 You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

We collect information about you via our newsletter sign-up form. This is information you provide us directly. It includes personal information, including your name and email address as well as the state in which you claim residence and interests that may be pertinent to the Sites.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience.  Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Sites to:

• Administer sweepstakes, promotions, and contests.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN
We do not knowingly solicit information from or send newsletters or surveys to  children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at info@primarycarepublications.com.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems [and our mobile applications] include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.  No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.

 Emails and Communications
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by:

• Selecting the unsubscribe link available at any email you receive from any of our Sites. Note that the unsubscribe link will only work for the particular site that is responsible for the email. To subscribe from other Sites, please use the appropriate email.
• Informing us of your desire to unsubscribe from any particular Site or all Sites by using the contact information below.

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Note that we provide no such information to any third parties.

 If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Sites, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Sites. Please note that no such data is EVER publicly posted on our Sites.
